What will you do in this Job?
As the German Speaking Personal Assistant you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance & management of appointment (both internal & external). You will act as point of contact for all affairs in relation to management and be responsible for the organising of managements travel arrangements (as well as fellow employees and visitors where necessary). As well as carrying out specific projects & research you will help with event management, prepare documentation and ad-hoc German-English and English -German translations.

Who are we looking for?
For this Personal Assistant job, we are looking for you to already be in Ireland (if not, be able to relocate on your own expense within a short timeframe), have a near native level of German & a good level of English. Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) is essential, you will need at least 3 years’ admin experience in a similar job and a great eye for detail.
You are comfortable with working towards tight deadlines whilst keeping excellent time management, organisation and interpersonal skills close to the surface. You work well within a team and by yourself & you have a good working knowledge of MS office. Finally having a 3rd level degree is not mandatory but it would be a plus for your application.
Where would you be working?
This German Personal Assistant job is based in Dublin west – not too far from the City center which has everything you could possible want. You are just outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there in less than an hour using public transport (Dublin Bus & LUAS) if you so wish. Dublin is known for its amazing main and side streets of that you will find yourself getting lost in with all that’s on offer, great restaurants, café’s, shops and so much more to help you relax, unwind and generally have fun.
