What will you do in this job?
As part of the Tech Support team you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and emails from customers who may have any issues or queries about the companies services. Help customers integrate into the system, manage and improve SDK's. When needed you will escalate priority cases and where relevant you will need to update the knowledge database on any new issues that arise in order to help with future training sessions etc.

Our client is an Irish owned outsourcing company that provides customer service and tech support solutions to a number of companies worldwide. They are constantly growing, and thanks to that we can offer you a job within their German Tech Support team for a new project with an international payment solutions provider.
Who are we looking for?
For this Tech Support Job we are looking for you to have a near native level of German and an excellent level of English - you will need to have top notch communications skills in languages.
You will also need to have a minimum of 1 years experience in Software solutions and/or financial technology where you would have used skills such as coding for websites and REST API. You are comfortable working in a high pressured environment and have great time management skills - you know how to prioritize and are a team player.

For this German Tech Support Job you can expect to earn €24,000 gross per annum along with a good relocation package where our client will put you up for 2 weeks in a hotel/BnB.
