What will you do in this job?
As part of the German customer service team, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls, emails and online chat requests from customers. You will need to identify and troubleshoot customer issues with ease but of course if there are any particularly tense issues you will need to escalate to level 2. After each query or issue you will need to document them within the companies database for future use.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for near native German speakers with excellent English – A+ communication skills in both languages (written & verbal). You have 2 years customer service experience (contact center or retail), are comfortable with working with computers, multitask easily and are familiar with SAP.

Interview & Salary
The interview for this German Customer Service position will take place over the phone and via email assessments. You will first have a quick 1st round phone screening followed by an in-depth written email assessment. If you pass these rounds a final in-depth phone interview will be held before you receive a possible offer.
If you are successful, you will be offered a yearly salary of £15,600 (gross) along with great benefits such as a possible bonus upon meeting targets.
