What will you do in this job?
You will be responsible for resolving any difficult hard or software issues for customers via email, phone and social media chats.
You will be testing possible product releases and providing feedback before the big rollout as well as maintaining and supporting quality and statistical standards. You will, of course, be working as part of a team and be expected to work on your own from time to time.

Who are we looking for?
You will need a near native level of German and a good level of English - excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are crucial. You have a minimum of 1 years technical support experience where you would have worked with wifi enabled devices and products and problem-solving is your talent.
Excellent listening skills are important here as technical issues will be your day-to-day.
Where would you be working?
This German job as a first level support agent in Technical support is based in the beautiful capital city of Ireland: Dublin. Being the most populated area in Ireland Means That You Always Have Something to do, from visiting the zoo, lounging in Phoenix Park or St Stephen's Green, go shopping in the many stores in the city centre, or simply relax in Dublin's many restaurants and/or cafés. Interview & Salary
The Interview Process Involves a quick phone screening that will be Followed by 2 tests, Which are a German and English language and then a technical test. If you are successful in the previous steps there will then be in-depth interview Skype.
Your salary, if you get this German Technical Support job, will look something along the lines of €26,000 (gross a year). Of course, For Those of you who are currently living abroad, the company is offering a relocation package of up to € 330 Not too shabby eh?
