What is the job?
As the Dutch Accounts payables specialist you will be looking after all accounts payable activities on the Dutch market. You will ensure correct Purchase orders are used and issued, process and approve invoices and reconcile supplier accounts and statements. Furthermore you will prefer monthly accounts and ensure the right cost centers are use. Please note this Dutch accounts payable job is part of a brand new shared service centre.

Who are we looking for?
To be considered for the Dutch accounts payable job you ideally have previous accounts payable or accounts receivable experience. However we are happy to looking at finance graduate with strong admin skills as well and a good theoretical unerstanding of the AP process. Of course you are near native Dutch and happy to work and live in Krakow.

Interview process and salary
If you apply for this Shared Service Manager, you will not have to travel all the way to Krakow for your interviews. Our client will make sure that you can complete your application process from your own home. Interviews will be conducted by Skype and telephone folowed by in-depth face to face interviews. This position has a great salary for Polish standards: As a Shared Services Manager you will earn between 5000 and 6500 Polish Zloty gross per month depending on experience
