As a recruitment manager you’ll be end-responsible for the hiring of more than 100 new head count in the next year. The profiles of new personnel include technical, non-technical and finance people. The recruitment manager will be the essential link for the success of our client in Malta.
This recruitment manager role is a full-time and permanent role; you’re not there only to help the company grow. After the new personnel is hired you’ll be busy on a day-to-day basis with the recruitment and selection of new created roles and existing positions.
As a recruitment manager you’ll be part of an international company operating in different countries in Europe. You will be based in Malta and in limited terms you’ll be travelling to branches in Europe for business. Next to this, personality is key. You’ll be part of a social and close HR team.
What are the benefits and conditions?
As explained before the contract you’ll be working with is permanent and full-time. An experienced recruiter knows that working times are always flexible and a guarantee that your job is 9 to 5, Monday to Friday cannot be guaranteed. You’ll not be working on interim basis, but you’ll get a contract with the company directly.
Next to a basic salary you’ll receive a free health-care insurance and free membership of a modern gym. Also the company will help you with your relocation. This means that paper work and the establishment of a bank account you’ll be helped with. Next to that you’ll be staying for 1 month for free in a corporate apartment when you arrive in Malta; this to give you time to look for permanent accommodation.
The basic salary for this role is not set in stone. In case you’re interested in this role I’d like to ask you to research costs of living in Malta, the tax system and send your application with an indication of salary you expect for a full-time position.
Our client is looking for an experienced recruiter with a good understanding of in-house recruiting. Someone having only experience as an agency recruiter does not qualify. We’re also not looking for an HR generalist.
A successful candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a senior position in in-house recruitment and understands the full cycle of recruitment. Next to that a successful candidate speaks English on an excellent level.
A specific degree isn’t needed for this role.
