This is a brand new job in the tourism sector for an Italian Customer Service Representative in Cork, Ireland. You will be dealing with B2C customers who have requests and questions about existing bookings or need advise on their travel plans. Next to advising customers in Italian and English, you’ll also be responsible to be creative in resolving problems. This means that your aim is to please the customer and make their travels an unforgettable positive experience.
An enthusiastic Italian Customer Service Representative will ensure all the customers are well looked after. In the first two months you will be supporting English speaking customers by email only, so an excellent level of English is required for this language job. You will be working 40 days a week in shifts between Monday and Sunday from 7am to 8pm.

Interview process and salary
The interview process for this Italian job will involve an initial quick phone interview that will be followed by an online language test. The next step will be an in-depth HR interview per Skype. The salary is €21.900,- gross per annum and the company offers a relocation package of an additional €285,- with your first month’s salary. An extra benefit with this job are: €500,- travel vouchers per year as well as an annual bonus of up to €1000,- based on performance.
