What will you do in this job?
As part of the IT Support team, you will be responsible taking incoming calls and emails from various clients and customers, advising them on how to resolve technical issues in relation to their vehicles. You will help clients when it comes to the logistical questions and where necessary advice both customer and clients on the best technical solution for their wants and needs.

Who are we looking for?
For this IT Support job, we are looking for you to have a near native level of Italian and an excellent level of English (no German required) – You will need excellent communication skills (verbal & written). 
You have hands on experience in working in vehicle mechanics in a workshop and/or garage -  this hands-on experience is crucial for your application – without it we cannot consider you for this job. 
You have an excellent understanding of car electronics and are capable of discussing issues over the phone to customers with ease.

Interview & Salary
