What is the job?
This Multilingual job in Dublin is not easy to describe. It is a combination of customer service and sales. Your job is not to solve problems or work towards monthly or quarterly revenue targets but be the point of contact for customers that might experience issues with over billing or product restrictions due to type of contract they have and explain the benefits of more advanced solutions. You will support clients across EMEA so English is part of your day to day customer interaction.

Our client is a global operating company providing software solutions to a niche industry. Their software is involved in multi-million dollar and sometimes live changing projects.
Who are we looking for?
To be considered for this multilingual job you have strong communication skills gained in a contact centre environment for at least 12 months with a 3rd level degree. If no degree we are looking for additional work experience. You are outgoing, love explaining products and their benefits. Your English is fluent and you speak either Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or French.
Where is this Job?
This Multilingual job is based in Dublin city centre within walking distance of the Luas green line, plenty of Dublin bike stations and perhaps more importantly plenty of after work pubs and restaurants to unwind.
Interview process and Salary
To secure this multilingual job in Dublin you will need to pass 2 interviews. If you are local both interviews will be face to face. Salary is depending on experience and will range from €32k to €34k including your bonus and benefits include healthcare insurance, pension scheme, discounted gym etc.
