What will you do in this job?
You will be responsible for first line IT support via phone and email. Working remotely will be part of your day-to-day as you will need to be able to diagnose and solve customer issues. The issues you will be dealing with will be both software and hardware related to your IT skills need to be A++. As each issue comes in, you will need to take ownership and document the issue and the solution within the company database.

Who are we looking for?
This IT Support job is looking for near native Norwegian with excellent English and communication skills (written & verbal). You have a basic level of Microsoft OS, VMware and Linux and previous experience in computer hardware and 2 years call centre experience.
You will need to bring excellent listening, your eagerness and motivation to learn and develop as well as excellent team skills.

Interview & Salary
The interview process involves a Norwegian language test, a Skype call with the hiring manager and if successful you will be asked to sit another phone/Skype interview before the final decision.
