This is a tech support job for those who love following the latest technology trends and tinkering with technology to know how it ticks? Our client in Scotland is looking for someone who is extremely customer focused and who has a bit of technical know how. We are looking for near native Norwegian speakers with an excellent level of English too, that has previous experience in Customer Service and/or Tech Support, a bit of both would be perfect. As this Tech Support job is based in Scotland your will be paid in pounds (£) so just keep that in mind and if you are successful you will receive £16,000 gross per annum, along with bonuses depending on your performance of course.
What will you do in this job?
As the next Norwegian Tech Support Agent it will be your job to deal with customers in a professional and timely manor, whilst following the agreed Tech support rules and regulations. You will be looking into solutions for certain customers unresolved issues - report new findings to the IT team leader in your department and keep yourself up to date with our clients product and service offering so that you can provide the best and well informed Tech Support to all customers.

Who are we looking for?
In order to be successful in getting this Norwegian Tech Support job we are looking for someone who is fluent in Norwegian and has an excellent level of English, not forgetting that you have excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English too. We are looking for someone who has at least 6 months previous experience in customer service and/or Tech support. It would be ideal if technology excites you and that you work well with others and obviously you want to move to Gourock for the job.

Interview & Salary
The interview for this Norwegian Tech Support Job will take place over the phone and via email assessments. You will first have a quick 1st round phone screening followed by an in-depth written email assessment. If you pass these rounds a final in-depth phone interview will be held before you receive a possible offer.
If you are successful, you will be offered a yearly salary of £16,000 (gross) along with great benefits such as a possible bonus upon meeting targets. There also a relocation package on offer for those that will need it i.e. flights over and the first few days of accommodation covered.
