We are looking for someone with an excellent level of English to join our client based in Krakow, Poland a well-known business solutions provider. You will be responsible for a number of tasks such as team management, the implantation of number of practices and a main client contact. For this job we are looking for someone with a degree and who has at least 4 year previous experience in Procurement to be the perfect fit for this operations manager job.
What will you do in this job?
As the Operations Manager you will be tasked with monitoring and evaluation of your team in all aspects of their performance, where excellence is rewarded with positive recognition and/or rewards. If any team improvements are needed it is your job to identify any possible training opportunities needed.
You get the chance to develop and implement programs that will help in overall team productivity. As well as that you will be working closely with other manager in various departments to improve quality delivered to clients and customers. You will be taking care of escalated issues and help in the resolving or issues. Make sure performance results are in accordance to SLA’s. You will manage the daily business activities like setting objectives, completing operational practices and monitor & identify any internal issues.
Lastly you will be the primary contact for a number of contacts.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with an excellent level of English and they have a genuine interest in working abroad in Krakow Poland. We are looking for someone who has at least 4 years previous experience in Procurement in the supply chain, and some experience in SCM BPO/KPO, having an SCM qualification would be a plus, however we are looking for someone with a degree. It is important that you have some experience in working with SAP and/or Oracle. You have excellent management skills, with good know how in ERP tools and MS office. We are looking for someone who is flexible as there is a possibility of shift work.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this Operations Manager role has a number of stages, i.e. phone interview, a face-to-face interview. Your salary will along the lines of 14,000 zloty.
