Job Description

To the seasoned personal assistant professional looking for a change – we are looking for a near native English speaker with 5+ years’ experience in the field to join an international trading company here in Dublin. We are looking for someone local as there is no relocation package, living in Dublin or ear by would be perfect.

What will you do in this job?
You are the right-hand man/woman to the Director of the company. Such responsibilities will include the likes of diary management, organisation of travel arrangements and itineraries. You will organise and prepare for meetings and conferences; via PowerPoint presentation preparation, taking minutes, setting up for video conferences and liaising with reception and kitchen staff where relevant.
On top on general phone and email correspondence there will be filling and ad hoc duties included where needed.

You will have the chance to work for an international trading company that operates in nearly 30 countries with an extremely vast range of products. They are currently looking for you, the experience executive assistant to join the team here in their Dublin Office today. 

Who are we looking for?
For this personal assistant job, we are looking for you to have a near native level of English with excellent written and oral communication skills (having Dutch/French/Spanish and/or Italian is a plus). As you may be supporting more than 1 director at a time you will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ personal assistant experience. 
You are comfortable with working on your own initiative, have excellent organisational skills. You are a typing wizard with the speed and accuracy of a ninja and you have excellent MS Office skills. 

Where would you be working?
You would be working in the heart of it all – Dublin City.  With the office located in the middle of Heuston station and Dublin city center – with the Luas right outside your front door so where ever you are located here in Dublin – this office is easy to reach for all. 

Interview & Salary 
The interview process for this Personal Assistant job is straightforward as it has a 2 step process. First will sit a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and if successful you will be asked back for another face-to-face interview with the main decision makers.
