For this truly multilingual language job we are looking for someone who speaks both Polish and an excellent level of English. .You are looking to live and work in Frankfurt, Germany on a full time job for 6 months.
What will you do in this job?
In this Polish + English customer service Admin job in Frankfurt you will be a first point of contact for clients and suppliers and your responsibilities will be along the lines of:
- Order management;
- Maintaining of customers’ database;
- Processing of complaints and other similar issues;
- Delivery management;
- Providing first class customer service and making sure that all issues are resolved, customers are followed up and satisfied with your service.
Please note this language job requires you to work in rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Who are we looking for?
For this Polish + English speaking job, we are obviously looking for a near native Polish speaker with excellent English knowledge.
That you have previous customer service experience and/or administrative experience in a target driven environment. As well as having good Polish and English language skills, we are also looking for you to have a good level of English too. It is important to let us know if you are ok with working in rotational shifts throughout the 7 day week.

Interview & Salary
The interview process is quite simple, you will first go through a phone screening and then sit a face to face interview, not too bad at all. In terms of salary you can expect between €30,000 - €32,000 (Gross per Annum), with benefits for those who work night shifts. You will also receive a private pension scheme.
