Are you good with Technology and have some IT Support experience under your belt? Well we are looking for Dutch speakers who also have a good level of English to join the Technical team here in Krakow and for you to become the next Senior IT Support Agent. For this particular job you could earn around 5900 -6000 zloty gross per month.
What will you do in this job?
You will be providing both soft and hardware technical support through the phone to all customers experiencing difficulties. Send on problems to the I.M. support team as well as work closely with them in order to increase your technical knowledge which should aid in the helping of customers with problems and queries.
You will also be required to work with those at the helpdesk in cross training and the implementation of operations. Organise and manage all relationships with sellers and staff that also aid in the resolution of customer problems. Remembering throughout to promote and foster teamwork within the Technical Support department.
Lastly you will get the chance to prove yourself and show your leadership skills when you take on a project leader role when it comes to the handling of projects for our client as well as participating in all training based modules.

Who are we looking for?
For this Senior Dutch IT Support job we are looking for someone with excellent problem solving skills, who can work well in a team, who is capable to keep up with the ever changing nature of technology and flow with the changing tides. You need to be comfortable with working with technology as you will be identifying and resolving technical issues on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who has a near native level in Dutch and a good knowledge in English.
Experience in areas such as helpdesk support, customer service would be an advantage but is not mandatory. IT support training will be supplied so having no helpdesk experience is not too important.
However we would like you to have some experience with MS Office Windows operating systems and a good knowledge of PC hardware.
