We're looking for Spanish speakers with a degree and at least 6 months business development/lead generation experience OR you have several years experience behind you.
As far as business development jobs go this job is a little different as you will more than likely stay with your lead up until contract negotiations. Learn more about this position and look forward to earning €50,000 - €55,000 OTE+ gross per annum.
What will you do in this job?
As one of our Business Development Reps, you need to build your own pipeline in the Spanish market and educate those who wish to make use of our client’s services, you will develop and manage long-lasting relationships with customers, whilst constantly be selling our clients services. From time to time, you will need to travel to the Netherlands in the head office.

Who are we looking for?
To become the next Business Development Rep here in Dublin we are looking for a near native Spanish speaker with a good level of English. The ability to push the company solutions and also be able to move onto the next challenge when one goes sour.
We are looking for someone who has a passion to grow personally and help the company grow too. You will need either a 3rd level degree with at least 6 months business development/lead generation experience OR several years business development experience. You have excellent communication skills, you are self-motivated and can work well in a team.
Lastly, you are ok with a bit of travel from time to time.

Interview & Salary
The interview process for this Spanish Business Development Job has several rounds all that finish up with an interview with the Vice President of EMEA Sales along with a background check. Our client does prefer a face-to-face interview, but not to worry they will pay the price to get you here.
Your salary may vary depending on your experience in Sales, you can expect your first year's salary to look something like €50,000- €55,000 OTE Gross per annum.
