What will you do in this job?
As a process manager your main responsibilities will be to review the current processes looking for possible improvement opportunities and lead solution implementation by coordinating with our client’s team and their clients.
You will help to identify any opportunities for eliminating costs and ways to improve efficiency. Lastly you will work with our client’s centre of excellence team in order to identify, develop and implement solutions to address any challenges identified.

With employing over 500 people and winning awards based on their good service, they are currently looking for an English speaker for to be their next Spanish process manager to aid them in their expansion. Who are we looking for?
For this Spanish Process Manager Job we are looking for an English speaker who has 6-8 years previous experience in Procurement and at least 1 years’ experience in any SCM BPO/KPO environment.
You have a degree and having any SCM qualification would be a plus for your application. You have experience in leading some transformation projects, along with great communication and analytical skills. Strong domain knowledge is important and a good working knowledge of MS Office.
