We have a brand new & exciting client based in one of the biggest cultural capitals in Europe – Amsterdam, who is looking for near native Swedish speakers with good English to join their business development team. All you need is 1-2 years inside sales, cold calling and/or telesales experience and a 3rd level degree (commercial, economics and/or sales related). What will you do in this job?
As the business development agent, you will be responsible for drumming up potential new clients. You will be the master of your own pipeline and research your own leads. You will act as the account manager for the clients you bring on board – guiding them through various pricing techniques and more. Last but not least you will need to keep a close eye on the market at how it ticks so that you can effectively adapt and sell to future clients.

They are based here in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and do have a number of other office locations in exciting locations. Right Now, they are looking for Swedish speakers interested in Business Development. 

Who are we looking for?
For this business development job, we are looking for you to have a near native level of Swedish and a good level of English. As you will be working on developing potential clients, communication skills are vital both verbal and written. 
You will need a 3rd level bachelor’s degree (commercial, economics and/or sales related), you have between 1-2 years inside sales and/or telesales experience. You aren’t afraid of picking up the phone and diving into the task of cold calling. Last but not least you are good with MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Interview & Salary: 
For this Swedish Speaking Business Development job, it is important to keep in mind that the interview process will be in English. First of all, there will be a phone/Skype call and if successful, you will be invited for a face-to-face interview in Amsterdam. 
With regards to salary you can expect to earn between €2000 - €2600 gross per month (basic & uncapped commissions) and there is a possible bonus up for grabs that will be paid based on performance.
