What will you do in this job?
Within this IT Support role, it will be your responsibility to look after all inbound calls from Swedish speaking clients, manage incoming tickets as well as transferring those to relevant departments for resolution, whilst ensuring that all queries and calls are handled according to the quality standards set forth. You can also be called upon to mentor new Swedish speaking employees, teaching them tricks of the trade. Not forgetting that you will always be focussed on achieving individual and team-based targets.

For this Swedish job, we are looking for a near Native Swedish speaker with a good level of English, who has previous experience working in a busy and fast-paced working environment, where you would have been under pressure to achieve targets and you worked well.
You would be eager to work in the IT sector, an ever-changing industry that you enjoy adapting to and maintaining a working knowledge of.
Within this IT support position you will be working 40 hour weeks which will be in shifts, mainly Monday to Friday between 10 pm and 6 am with some working from home on the weekends or at night but don’t worry there are rewards in place for such work.

Interview & Salary
As this is an IT Support Job our client will be conducting a technical test which is followed by a phone interview.
If you are successful there, then you can expect a salary of up to €24000 per year (gross), they also offer a relocation package for those who are living outside of Kildare Ireland.
