What will you do in this job?
As you will be working for an online payment solutions company it will be your job to take inbound calls from all customers helping with issues such as dealing with credit card questions, fraud detection, looking after the setting and adjusting of credit limits and participating in transnational projects. All the while making sure that each customer query is handled in a professional and timely manner.

Who are we looking for?
For this Multilingual Customer Service Job we are looking for you to have a near native level of Swedish, a B2 Level of German and a good level of English under your belt. You will also need to have 3 years of Customer Service Experience (preferably in areas such as banking & insurance - where you would have had to handle sensitive information), great computer skills, as well as being highly reliable and flexible.
Where would you be working?
Frankfurt - the largest city in the German state of Hesse and the fifth largest city in Germany. As Frankfurt is in a prime location within Germany and Europe is it a major air, rail and highway transport hub. Lastly this beautiful city is full of a number of Museums, Gardens and skyscrapers, so there is plenty for you to explore.
Interview & Salary
For this Swedish + German Customer Service job the interview will begin with online tests which will be followed by an interview with the hiring manager. If successful you will then to come in for a face-to-face interview here in Frankfurt.
