What will you do in this job?
Your day to day duties will look something along the lines of delivering excellent customer service to all customers via online chat and possibly email as you will not need to be on the phone at all - what great news huh?. You will be responsible for the daily management on online content and making sure that each and every customer has a amazing online experience. 

Who will you be working for?
Our client is an international outsourcing giant, one who employs a number of multinationals in Germany and in many other countries in the European Union. Currently they are looking for a fluent English and a near native Swedish speaker to work in their Online Customer Service Department in Berlin, Germany.

Who are we looking for?
As the next Swedish Customer Service Representative, we are looking for a near native Swedish speaker, who also has a good level of English. We are looking for someone who has excellent written communication in both languages. Not forgetting that working in Customer Service, you will need to be friendly and patient with customers, so we are looking for an extremely customer focussed Swedish speaker. You have a strong eye for detail and have good PC and typing skills as working on a computer will be a part of your daily routine.

Interview & Salary
