What will you do in this job?
Join the technical support team here in Poznan means that you will be responsible for providing a high quality service for all incoming/outgoing customers interactions with any issues via phone, online chat and emails. You will be set weekly targets in terms of customer experience and randomly assessed throughout each week. You will manage and control all customer interactions - keeping in mind the time limits to resolving any issues. Identify and escalate any customer issues where needed and you will helping manage customers payment security etc with our clients software.

You will get the chance to work for an Irish owned –global services provider that has expanded into Europe and North America. The Company has an office now based in Poznan, Poland - a city well known for its renaissance old town, destroyed during World War II and then rebuilt.
Who are we looking for?
For this tier 3 Technical Support Job we are looking for you to have an excellent level of English in both verbal and written forms of communication. You have previous Customer Service experience as well as being Microsoft Systems Admin and CompTIA certified.
You have an excellent telephone and have a good eye for detail.

Poznan is just near the German border and has an excellent connection to Berlin. Poznan has about half a million inhabitants which makes it one of the biggest cities in Poland.
