Careertrotter is looking to expand, and what better way to do so then hiring a new trainee recruiter. We are looking for someone who has some idea about what the recruitment game involves. That you have a genuine interest in working abroad in Dublin, Ireland or you already live in Ireland which is even better. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in living and working in Ireland that you live here already or you are willing to relocate on your own pocket as we don’t offer a relocation package. Lastly our hunt is for excellent English speakers and if you have a second language that’s a plus, but it’s not mandatory.
What will you do in this job?
As a trainee recruiter it will be your job to actively take part in a small bit of business development, after all we are looking to grow. Sit a highly structured training period for your first 2 months and then be let lose to see what you can do – so you can see this is a job that offers a challenge and if you think you are up to it – keep reading. You will help in all aspects of the recruitment process, which involves you sourcing, screening and managing candidates, helping them through the entire process of finding and getting that job abroad. After that you will then be given monthly targets, as well as that there is always opportunities to grow here, with supportive management and a great team behind you the sky’s the limit.

Who are we looking for?
Are you a quick learner? Someone who is well capable of thinking on their feet, who can work off their own initiative? If so we want you.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid to ask the big question ‘’Why?’’ as recruitment is all about screening so asking why, is important. Some previous experience in a contact center would be beneficial as this trainee recruiter job is mainly phone and email based.
We are looking for a near native English speaker, someone who can easily understand both native and non-native English speakers as you will be working with them via phone and email. A second language is a huge advantage especially if you speak, Dutch, German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and other Nordic languages.

Where would you be working?
This recruiter job is based in Dublin City centre, so you will be working in the heart of Dublin. Here you are surrounded with all you can possibly think of, there is always something to do. Getting to work is made easier as you have Dublin Bus, Bus Eireann, the LUAS, the DART and the Dublin bike scheme.
Interview & Salary
The interview process is 3 simple steps, we first have a phone screening, that is then followed by 2 face to face interviews. If you are successful and become our next recruiter you will get the chance to earn up to €30,000 - €40,000+ (gross) a year, of course this all depends on the experience you bring to the office and your performance throughout the year.
