This particular Customer Care Job is for a near native Turkish speaker who enjoys Holiday planning and tourism and is based in Cork. As an enthusiastic Turkish Customer Care Representative you will ensure that all the customers are well looked after. In the first two months you will be supporting English speaking customers by email only, so an excellent level of English is required for this language job. You will be working 40 hour weeks in shifts between Monday and Sunday from 7am to 8pm. For this customer care job you will receive a number of bonuses and a yearly salary of €21,000
What will you do in this job?
For this Turkish customer care representative job you would be dealing with B2C customers who have questions and enquiries about exiting bookings or who happen to need advice on their travel plans. Alongside advising Both English and Turkish customers our client invites you to become creative in helping to resolve customer problems. Throughout your overall service our client wants you to strive for excellent customer care and ensure that their customers have the best holiday they can.

Who are we looking for?
First of all we are looking for a near native Turkish speaker, who also has a good level of English. You have excellent oral and written skills in both languages, and we would like you to keep in mind that for your first 2 months of this customer care job you will be working with English speaking customers only and then branching out afterwards with Turkish speaking customer service. It would be great for you to have some previous experience in customer care and that you are flexible as our client is looking for someone to work in shifts between 7am and 8pm and you will be asked to work the odd weekend.
You are target driven, an enthusiastic and have been known to have a bubbly personality and you also have great time management skills. Lastly we ask that you are a good multitasker as you will be required to support a number of clients on a B2C level.

Interview & Salary
For this Turkish speaking customer care job there will be a quick phone interview that will be followed by an online language test (Turkish ). Next you will sit an in depth interview with our clients HR manager through Skype.
If you are successful you can expect a yearly salary of €21,900 gross and great news, there is a relocation package on offer of €285 that comes along with your monthly salary.
